3. Surface and bulk erosion do not occur during the process.
4. Nanosomes will deliver much lesser active ingredient with its core directly to the target organ.
5. Nanosomes are used to carry and protect lipophilic agents and organic agents.
6. nanoparticles are formed by a single layered shell.

1. Liposomes are much larger than nanosomes in size.
2. Liposomes particles penetrate through the outer skin into the inner skin.
3. Surface erosion cause deterioration.
4. Liposomes will deliver much lesser active ingredient in the inner skin layer.
5. Liposomes are used to carry and protect hydrophilic agents.
6. Liposomes are composed of one or more bilayer membranes.
